The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has delegated a group of 14 Vietnamese youth representatives to participate in the Republic Day of India 2025 Program and the Youth Exchange with the National Cadet Corps of India. With his extensive experience and dedication to student activities, Mr. Khoa, together with the delegation, will represent the image of a youthful, dynamic Vietnam, ready for integration and global connection.
