MULTINATIONAL CORPORATE CONNECTIVITY: DNTU EXPANDS GLOBAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS

In the context of an increasingly integrated labor market, the link between higher education institutions and enterprises has become one of the key factors contributing to enhancing students' professional competence. Beyond providing specialized knowledge, the university environment needs to create conditions for learners to access practical reality, understand corporate requirements, and step-by-step develop the adaptability needed for modern working environments.

At Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), corporate connectivity is identified as a crucial part of its educational orientation. The university continuously expands its collaboration network with domestic enterprises, FDI companies, and corporations with international working environments, gradually building a cohesive University – Enterprise – Student ecosystem that links education with the real demands of the labor market.

Expanding Connections with International Corporations and Enterprises

During the development of its partner network, DNTU has collaborated with many prestigious enterprises and corporations, such as HAECO Group through Oriental Aviation International (OAI), JESCO Holdings (Japan), Hoa Sen Group, SASCO – Long Thanh Branch, along with many partners in a network of over 760 enterprises accompanying the university.

These collaborative relationships not only expand the space of connectivity between the university and enterprises but also create more opportunities for students to access practical professional environments, enhance their skills, and better understand the requirements of the labor market.

HAECO Group – Opening the Path to an International Aviation Environment

Through Oriental Aviation International (OAI), DNTU collaborates with HAECO Group, a member of the Swire Group and one of the world's leading companies in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). This strategic partnership opens up a 4-year training and working pathway in China for engineering students. It is an opportunity for students to access an international training and working environment while experiencing practical professional, technical, and workplace etiquette demands in the aviation sector.

JESCO Holdings – Connecting Career Opportunities in Japan

JESCO Holdings is a Japanese corporation operating in electrical engineering, telecommunications, and construction. Through its partnership with DNTU, engineering students gain additional opportunities to access scholarship programs and career orientation in Japan. Beyond expanding employment opportunities, this connection helps students better understand a working environment that values expertise, discipline, skills, and adaptability—crucial competencies for human resources in the era of integration.

Hoa Sen Group – Linking Training with Corporate Practice

Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company is one of the long-standing corporate partners accompanying DNTU, contributing to strengthening the link between training activities and the actual needs of the labor market. Through joint activities, students gain greater access to corporate environments, practical experience, organizational culture, and professional working manners, establishing a solid foundation to guide and prepare for their career journeys.

SASCO – Expanding Career Experiences in the Aviation and Services Sector

The collaboration with SASCO – Long Thanh Branch contributes to expanding the scope of career experiences for students in aviation, commercial, and airport service sectors. By accessing the corporate environment, students have the opportunity to hone their communication skills, service mindsets, and professional demeanor, while better understanding workforce requirements in aviation and services—especially as the service ecosystem around Long Thanh International Airport gradually takes shape.

PUM – Connecting International Knowledge and Expertise

In addition to direct cooperation with enterprises, DNTU expands its connections with international organizations and expert networks. The support of PUM (Netherlands) brings knowledge, professional experience, and international management mindsets closer to the educational environment. This is one of the activities contributing to strengthening international elements in education, enabling faculty and students to gain broader insights, experiences, and professional standards from international settings.

Bridging the Gap Between the Lecture Hall and the Professional World

The companionship of domestic and international enterprises does more than just create internship or job opportunities. More importantly, it is a process that helps students understand what businesses need, how the labor market is evolving, and what capabilities they must prepare to meet professional demands.

In a labor market no longer bound by geography, students can work for Vietnamese enterprises, FDI companies, or multinational corporations. The work environment is also increasingly multicultural, requiring young people to possess not only specialized expertise but also foreign language proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, and an integrative mindset.

Therefore, the presence of enterprises in the educational journey plays a vital role in shortening the distance between "learning to know" and "learning to do," as well as between classroom knowledge and practical workplace demands.

Building a Career Foundation for the Younger Generation

With a practice-oriented educational direction, DNTU continues to expand and enhance the quality of its corporate partnerships, striving to build an environment where students can learn, experience, and grow in direct connection with the labor market.

Every cooperative program, corporate experience, and international connection adds meaningful professional touchpoints for students while still at university.

- For parents: This serves as a key factor providing peace of mind when selecting a university environment for their children: the learning process is directly tied to practical careers and societal workforce demands.

- For students: It offers an opportunity to accumulate knowledge, experience, and confidence before officially entering the labor market.

DNTU remains dedicated to pursuing the University – Enterprise – Student connectivity orientation, broadening educational and career spaces to train a generation of skilled, experienced professionals who are ready to adapt to an increasingly integrated labor market.
