One of the key highlights was the proposal to develop a trilateral cooperation model involving HaoHua – DNTU – Chinese partners. This initiative is expected to expand learning, internship, and career development opportunities for students in the context of increasing international integration. At the same time, HaoHua reaffirmed its commitment to prioritizing the development of local human resources by gradually building a highly qualified Vietnamese engineering and technical workforce capable of supporting the company's long-term operations and growth.

In the field of scientific research, HaoHua expressed its interest in collaborating with DNTU on research projects and technology transfer activities. The two sides will continue working with the company's Research and Development (R&D) division to identify potential areas of cooperation while providing lecturers and students with opportunities to access advanced technologies and modern manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing research capabilities and practical application.

Regarding education and training, DNTU and HaoHua discussed strategies for developing human resources that closely match industry requirements. Both parties are exploring the possibility of jointly designing an industry-integrated curriculum for the Chemical Engineering Technology program, with HaoHua engineers participating in teaching, practical training, and professional skills development. The idea of establishing an Enterprise-Integrated Training Center at DNTU was also introduced to provide students with a more practice-oriented learning environment.

Notably, as part of its long-term development strategy, HaoHua plans to gradually increase the proportion of Vietnamese personnel in technical and managerial positions over the coming years. This presents valuable opportunities for DNTU students to receive industry-oriented education, strengthen their professional competencies, and prepare for key roles upon graduation.
