The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Library, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation was successfully held on the afternoon of December 20, 2020, at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. The event was attended by five representatives from five universities, including Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Dong Nai Technology University, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Dong A University, and Nghe An University of Economics.

Attending the program, the university leaders included:

• Dr. Doan Manh Quynh – President of Dong Nai Technology University
• Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu – President of Nghe An University of Economics
• Dr. Pham Tan Ha – Vice President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM)
• Dr. Do Trong Tuan – Permanent Vice President of Dong A University

Additionally, representatives from various universities participated, including faculty members and leaders from the Information and Library Center, Department of Science and Technology, and Department of Academic Affairs from Dong Nai Technology University, Nghe An University of Economics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM), and Dong A University.

• Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of the University
• M.A. Tran Thi Thuy Kieu – Director of the Information and Library Center
• Dr. Nguyen Huu Thuan Anh – Deputy Head of the Department of Science and Technology
• M.A. Huynh Hong Mai – Deputy Director of the Innovation and Startup Incubation Center
