
SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) ON LIBRARY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND INNOVATION
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Library, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation was successfully held on the afternoon of December 20, 2020, at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. The event was attended by five representatives from five universities, including Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Dong Nai Technology University, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Dong A University, and Nghe An University of Economics.
Attending the program, the university leaders included:
- Dr. Doan Manh Quynh – President of Dong Nai Technology University
- Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu – President of Nghe An University of Economics
- Dr. Pham Tan Ha – Vice President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM)
- Dr. Do Trong Tuan – Permanent Vice President of Dong A University
Additionally, representatives from various universities participated, including faculty members and leaders from the Information and Library Center, Department of Science and Technology, and Department of Academic Affairs from Dong Nai Technology University, Nghe An University of Economics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM), and Dong A University.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Library of Dong Nai Technology University and the Library of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the key areas of cooperation include:
- Sharing internal resources and databases between the two institutions.
- Collaborating on library information services, including borrowing printed materials and providing documents.
- Cooperating in professional expertise, such as staff training and professional support.
- Supporting entrepreneurship and innovation activities.
Through the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), both universities aim to provide managers, lecturers, staff, students, and researchers with access to a diverse range of learning and research materials. This collaboration enhances teaching, learning, and scientific research, while also fostering mutual support and development in achieving higher educational and research quality. .
