
Intensive Workshop on Scientific Research Methodologies
From December 6 to December 7, 2024, Dong Nai University of Technology (DNTU) held an Intensive Workshop on Scientific Research for lecturers and postgraduate students. This event was one of the key initiatives prioritized by the university to support faculty members in enhancing their research capabilities, thereby making positive contributions to the development of education and scientific research at DNTU.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Y – Scientific Advisor, Research Group at Dong Nai University of Technology The Intensive Workshop on Scientific Research for lecturers and postgraduate students was organized by Dong Nai University of Technology as part of its strategic efforts to enhance faculty members’ research capabilities. The program aims to contribute positively to the development of education and research at DNTU. With a vision of fostering a robust academic environment and sustainable growth, the university strives not only to improve teaching quality but also to empower its faculty in developing advanced scientific research competencies.
On the morning of December 6, the plenary session took place with keynote speeches delivered by: Dr. Phan Ngoc Son, Chairman of the University Council – “The Aspiration for Advancing Scientific Research at DNTU” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan – “Scientific Research in Vietnam with a Global Vision – Lessons from Practical Experience” Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – “The Path to Success through Scientific Research” Also in the morning, a talk show on scientific research was held, where the speakers shared and discussed current issues in research activities, clarified opportunities and challenges, provided practical insights, and answered questions to support lecturers in their academic journeys.
CIn the afternoon of December 6 and the morning of December 7, the conference continued with 13 breakout sessions categorized into three main topics: Economics – Politics – Society Engineering and Information Technology Life Sciences (with a special guest speaker: Prof. Arivalagan PUGAZHENDHI)
This intensive conference is a vital part of DNTU's strategy to empower its lecturers to confidently and independently pursue scientific research. It also aims to enhance the university’s research reputation in the coming years. With the valuable experiences and lessons shared by the invited experts, it is hoped that the lecturers will be further inspired to grow professionally and contribute actively to the university's research excellence.
