This morning, October 12, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) was signed between DNTU and the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools of Business (PACSB) at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU).

The signing ceremony is one of the important activities in the series of events celebrating the International Conference “The 5th International Research Conference – Sustainability Meets Innovation”, co-organized by DNTU and PACSB from October 13th to 14th, 2025.

Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of the PACSB Association was a delegation led by Dr. Amado L. Magsino – President of PACSB, along with more than 10 representatives including experts, lecturers, and academic administrators from many leading universities in the Philippines. Welcoming the delegation were representatives from the university's Board of Directors: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan – Vice President and Ms. Phan Vo Quynh Nhu – Vice President, along with representatives from the Science and Technology Department and the International Affairs Offfice.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) marks a significant step forward in international cooperation between DNTU and PACSB, aiming towards: - Co-organizing annual international scientific conferences; - Academic and research exchanges between faculty and students of both sides; - Developing training programs and international publications in the fields of business, education, and innovation; - Promoting the "four-party" cooperation model: University – Enterprise – Government – ​​Investor within the framework of sustainable development in the ASEAN region.

During the working visit, the PACSB delegation toured the facilities, library, and campus of DNTU, and participated in a professional exchange program with the university's staff and lecturers.

The signing ceremony between DNTU and PACSB not only opens up a sustainable and comprehensive cooperative relationship, but also contributes to strengthening the internationalization of education, promoting academic exchange and scientific research, and affirming DNTU's pioneering role in building a connected academic environment in Southeast Asia during the 2025-2030 period.
