3D printing technology is continuously expanding its applications in industrial manufacturing, from prototyping to the development of engineering solutions. Bringing emerging technological trends from businesses into the academic environment gives students of Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) more opportunities to update their knowledge and gain practical insights into their future careers.

On the afternoon of October 2, 2026, at Hall A, the Center for Enterprise Cooperation & Alumni and the Faculty of Engineering of Dong Nai Technology University, in collaboration with Vinnotek Creative Technology Joint Stock Company, Kaizen Creative Vietnam Company Limited, and An Thanh Phu Mechanical Manufacturing Company Limited, organized a specialized seminar on the topic: “Metal 3D Printing Trends and Mold Elimination in the Investment Casting Process Using Resin 3D Printing Technology.”

FROM TECHNOLOGICAL TRENDS TO PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

During the seminar, lecturers and students learned about metal 3D printing technology, its development trends, and its potential applications in industrial manufacturing. The program also introduced a method of eliminating molds in the investment casting process using Resin 3D printing technology.
