On October 10, 2026, Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), in collaboration with Viet Au My Wood Joint Stock Company, organized a program on career orientation and internship skills at the workplace for Business Administration students in the 2026–2027 academic year.

STRENGTHENING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

Opening the program, Ph.D. Candidate Trần Thị Minh Ngọc – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics – expressed her appreciation to the company for its continued interest and support for the University and its students. She also emphasized the importance of strengthening the connection between academic training and professional practice, helping students better prepare for their future working environments.

Following this, M.A. Nguyễn Đình Thuật – Director of the Center for Enterprise Cooperation & Alumni – shared practical experiences and provided students with information about internship regulations. These insights helped students better understand their responsibilities, requirements, and the preparations needed before beginning an internship at a company.

The program also featured presentations from representatives of Viet Au My Wood Joint Stock Company:

• Ms. Trần Thị Phương Thảo – Deputy General Director of Viet Au My Wood Joint Stock Company.
• Mr. Lê Tuấn Kiệt – Head of Sales Department at Viet Au My Wood Joint Stock Company.

Through practical, engaging, and experience-based discussions, the speakers helped students gain a clearer understanding of the working environment, recruitment expectations, professional conduct, and essential skills needed for their internships and future careers.

DIRECT INTERACTION AND INTERVIEWS – PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH BUSINESSES

One of the highlights of the program was the direct interaction and interview session between company representatives and students. Real-life situational questions, enthusiastic responses, and lively exchanges created an open and engaging atmosphere.

This activity gave students the opportunity to challenge themselves, demonstrate their abilities, build confidence, and gain a better understanding of employers' expectations. Beyond providing knowledge, the program also helped students identify the skills they need to further develop before entering the labor market.

At the conclusion of the program, Ph.D. Candidate Trần Thị Minh Ngọc – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics – represented the Faculty in presenting gifts and letters of appreciation to the speakers, expressing the University's sincere gratitude for their commitment, support, and valuable contributions to students.

Notably, every year, Viet Au My Wood Joint Stock Company awards 10 scholarships to DNTU students, each worth VND 5,000,000, bringing the total scholarship value to VND 50,000,000. These scholarships provide not only financial assistance but also meaningful encouragement, motivating students to pursue academic excellence, overcome challenges, and confidently work toward their aspirations.
