DNTU FOOD TECHNOLOGY STUDENT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES INTERNSHIP AT CHINESE CULTURE UNIVERSITY (CCU)
After 14 days of learning, exchanging experiences and undertaking laboratory training at the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences, Chinese Culture University (CCU), Taiwan, Phan Huỳnh Ngọc Anh, a Food Technology student from the Faculty of Technology at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), has successfully completed her international internship program.

14 DAYS OF EXPERIENCE – EXPANDING KNOWLEDGE AND RESEARCH SKILLS
Throughout her stay at CCU, Ngoc Anh had the opportunity to experience an international academic and research environment under the dedicated guidance of Professor Yu and Professor Hwang, together with graduate students and other students from the Department.
During the internship, she was introduced to and directly practiced modern laboratory techniques, equipment and research procedures, gaining valuable hands-on experience in an advanced international laboratory environment.
More importantly, the program went beyond observation and theoretical learning. Ngoc Anh had the opportunity to apply her professional knowledge directly to laboratory experiments and prepare experimental samples that will support her upcoming graduation thesis.
Being able to independently perform experiments, apply classroom knowledge and develop practical research skills in an international laboratory was truly an exciting and memorable experience for a Food Technology student preparing for the next stage of her academic journey!

The internship program at CCU represents a meaningful activity within DNTU’s international cooperation initiatives with overseas higher education institutions. It provides students with opportunities to experience international learning environments, strengthen professional competencies, develop research skills and broaden their academic perspectives.
Through such international programs, DNTU students gain access to new knowledge and technologies while interacting with international lecturers, researchers and students. These experiences contribute to developing a more global mindset and preparing students for future academic and professional opportunities.
