Introduction

The Personnel Office provides general personnel and human resource services for all departments of the university. The main affairs of the Personnel Office include managing organization, employment, appointment and dismissal, salary assessment, attendance management, evaluation, evaluation of faculty members' promotion, faculty/ staff member rewards and punishment, on-the-job education and training, welfare and insurance, retirement pension and other personnel-related affairs.

Goal

The goal of the Personnel Office is to serve and bridge the gap between the faculty, staff and senior executives so as to create a stable, harmonious campus environment and attain higher work efficiency.

Duties: 

- Being in charge of all activities of the Department, being responsible before the Board of Management and the Board of Director about the results of the functions, tasks and work relationships of the Department;

- Foreign Affairs;

- Coordinating with units constructing processes and forms for the personnel and operations of the schools in the field by the Department of charge and other areas under the direction of Chairman of the Board & Board of Management;

- Synthesizing reports, procedures, forms of units. Counseling & submitting regulations to the chairman of the Board, Principal;

- Secretary of the Meeting, Conference of the school & the managing board;

- Signing documents and papers as assigned by the Principal;

- Submit resolutions of reception, appointment, dismissal, transfer some staff, faculty, and employees to the Board Chairman, the Principal

- Coordinating with other units to plan strategies for staff in units including specialized personnel, management staff, the Board, Principal;

- Coordinating with related units to organize staff training;

- Being in charge of the inspection (organization, human resources ...), resolving complaints and petitions related to staff, faculty, staff.

- Recruiting Personnel

- Managing Salary & labor

- Coordinating with Training Department, Inspector of Education and Student, and the relevant units to monitor teaching mode, work mode of the staff, faculty;

- Settling of pension, severance, resignation of staff, faculty;

- Implementing the regime and policies for employees;

- Developing and managing the entire personnel file. Statistics HR information, personnel work report;

- Assisting in the opening of sectors.

- Managing the software of human resource management, and timekeeper of the school;

- Managing the Department’s website, regularly updating information related to the work of the personnel;

-Conducting clerical work, typing and drafting the text of the school leaders;

- Managing Visiting- teachers records; recommending contracts signed by visiting training units for the approval

- Assisting in the opening of sectors.
